ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS
Because our products allow for great flexibility in application and because every project is unique, we have found it most helpful to review each project with a client to determine which products and quantities are most appropriate for a job. We are happy to send information regarding product range, color palette, pricing, coverage, application, cost comparisons with standard products, and our sampling process. Pricing is estimated based on square footage supplied by the client.
Depending on the project's location, products ship from our hubs in the United States or Europe and can be drop-shipped directly at a job site. Special Orders require a 50% deposit, with the remainder due before the order is shipped.
We provide extensive customer support regarding finishes, colors, sampling, estimating, and installation. In addition to offering training workshops and/or on-site training for applications on specific projects.
